Battlefield Central Technology’s (BCT) sole focus is on the development of our technical and operational talent necessary to power Battlefield at its foundational level. Our remarkable technical talent is building Battlefield’s online systems, engine, infrastructure, and tools and technology, working closely with EA's internal engine team, Frostbite, and our central platform team.

We are looking for an engineer like you to join our team who has experience understanding technical changes and debugging and diagnosing issues across projects and code branches. Ideally you also enjoy building tools to help improve workflows. You will work with engineers, production, technical directors and QA to ensure development stability.
This job will report to a Development Director based in Montreal, Quebec and work closely with our build systems team based in europe.
Requirements:
9+ years of experience
Knowledge of C# and CI solutions, perforce and build systems
Experience analyzing and debugging the source of an issue across projects and branches
Comfortable relaying information with diverse departments such as production, QA and leadership teams on build status and known issues; including across time zones
Bonus - familiarity with C++, Azure, JavaScript and Jenkins.
Nice to Have:
Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and ability to drive technical vision to project objectives.
Experience translating complex technical challenges into a clear, executable roadmap.
