As part of the Commercial Operations Age Ratings team, working in our Romania office and reporting to the Senior Operations Manager located in North America, you can work hybrid from our Bucharest office. You will coordinate the delivery of global age ratings for a diverse range of gaming content.
You will collaborate with multiple ratings boards, to ensure compliance, including supporting the video capture of materials. You'll conduct gameplay evaluations, to ensure content capture for submissions. Additionally, you'll record, edit, and compile submission videos that represent game content, and meet standards for completeness and accuracy.

Responsibilities:
- You will review game content for Age Rating and legal compliance following an established set of ratings boards guidelines.
- You will conduct gameplay evaluations, dedicating 30-50+ hours per title to ensure comprehensive content capture for submissions.
- You will meticulously review game scripts, analyzing 60,000+ lines to refine language and context, aligning with age rating standards.
- You will responsible for recording, editing, and compiling submission videos that represent game content, ensuring they meet standards for completeness and accuracy, often using unfinished builds.
- You will participate in the Submission audit and verification of Age Ratings materials.
- You will get involved in updating changes to JaaS (project tracking) tickets for all upcoming Title.
- You will get involved in weekly new release status meetings and updating of schedules.
Experience Required:
- 2+ years of applicable work experience (i.e. quality assurance).
- Excellent written and spoken English is required for the role.
- Detail focussed with a background in understanding project application tools.
- Familiar with video capture & editing programs.
- Motivated, flexible and shows initiative in solving problems independently.
- Ability working within global and multicultural organizations.
- Understanding of a software development lifecycle.
