The Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated Product Manager Intern to join our experienced team on a 12-month full-time (paid) opportunity. • Support the planning, optimisation, and delivery of live features for The Sims™ FreePlay.

  • Use our internal LiveOps tools to set up and action sales, events, inbox messages, and other LiveOps content.

  • Assist in reviewing the performance of updates and events by contributing data, insights, and player-impact analysis.

  • Prepare and maintain clear documentation and reports that support LiveOps delivery.

  • Work proactively with other disciplines and remain accountable for task progress.

  • Bring curiosity, fresh thinking, and a player-first mindset to discussions and decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a 2025 graduate to qualify, and must be available to work full-time hours.

  • Experience with productivity tools such as Excel/Sheets, and the ability to work with data.

  • Good communication skills with the ability to summarise findings and present recommendations.

  • Interest in using data and insights to inform product direction.

  • Interest in analysing game systems and player behaviour in mobile games and live-service titles.

  • Passion for learning how product management works within a long-running live game environment.

  • Interest in learning software development and project tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

  • Curiosity about market trends, player motivations, and LiveOps best practices.

  • Passion for games, with gameplay experience across multiple genres and platforms; background in mobile or simulation titles is a plus.
