  • Manage version control integrations and branch strategies to ensure stable and consistent release cycles.

  • Implement monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions to ensure proactive service reliability.

  • Drive continuous improvement in deployment practices, including test automation, rollback strategies, and release governance.

  • Contribute to defining and tracking key engineering KPIs, including build success rate, environment uptime, and mean time to recovery (MTTR).

  • Champion DevOps best practices across the studio, helping teams adopt modern, automated workflows.

  • Foster a strong testing culture by actively promoting best practices, mentoring team members, and driving the consistent adoption of effective testing methodologies across the team.

Your Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks such as Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation for scalable, repeatable environment management.

  • Experience with Perforce and/or Git version control workflows.

  • Experience building and maintaining monitoring and alerting systems (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or CloudWatch).

  • Strong understanding of networking, security practices, and environment isolation.

  • Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.

  • A passion for automation, developer enablement, and building reliable systems that scale.

Bonus

  • Knowledge of Unreal Engine, Frostbite, or other large-scale game engines and build systems.

  • Experience with artifact management, distributed caching, and CI parallelization.
