Responsibilities:

  • You will implement the QVS COE location strategy, in collaboration with QVS senior stakeholders and EA partners.

  • You will lead a team of site leaders across global locations as they manage daily operations, highlighting risks and opportunities.

  • You will support QVS stakeholders in global resourcing planning and budgeting, ensuring location strategy factor into their decision-making and ensure location resourcing options aligned with needs.

  • Coordinate QVS work volume across the location, considering operational constraints and market opportunities.

  • Use operational data to identify challenges and opportunities; support BU leaders in the development of strategic plans to address gaps.

  • You will manage communication and updates from COE locations to the QVS Operations network and partner teams, ensuring alignment, operational efficiency, and business growth.

  • Escalation point for location wide challenges with hardware, vendors or internal EA partner groups.

  • You will partner with Global Talent Acquisition to deliver hiring demand, while collaborating on recruitment strategies and priorities for COE locations.

  • Own strategy and direction concerning interactions with external institutions, universities, third-party suppliers, and industry associations.

  • Support location-wide initiatives to enhance EA's market presence.

  • Monitor and drive proactive changes regarding external issues like changes in labor regulation and geopolitical situations.

  • Oversee execution of strategic plans, goals, budgets, workforce plans, etc. to improve efficiency, cost, quality, and team performance.

  • Identify and drive opportunities for cross studio and cross location improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience setting up and managing large-scale remote operations.

  • Experience leading teams with a focus on strategic development.

  • Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in formulating and implementing location strategies.

  • Experience in global resourcing planning and budgeting.

  • Experience in the gaming industry, Spanish language skills, and Quality Assurance are desirable but not required.
