Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content Strategy, Design, and Fan Care Operational teams to plan and publish content for game launches, product milestones (big and small), and other projects.

Build proactive workflows, and make sure the team is focused on the most impactful work.
Mentor a globally distributed team of Web Operations Coordinators and Specialists—promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and care.

Operational and people-centric mindsets
You can set goals, prioritize work, and create processes to help our team achieve
You put people at the center of your thinking whether you're designing user journeys, collaborating with partners, or coaching a team
