Role:

As an Associate People Operations Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Global People Operations team to support the execution of various workforce administration transactions, including employee data management, employment verification, employee lifecycle management, onboarding, and offboarding. You will utilize systems such as ServiceNow, Slack, Zoom, and Outlook to collect and maintain employee data in Workday, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all employee records.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage data entry/transaction processing/data validation in Workday and other systems.
  • Manage data movements from one system to another (e.g., Workday to Payroll, Avature to Workday, etc).
  • Manage and create digital employee files including scanning and copying documents as needed.
  • Knowledge on geographic specific local nuances is an added advantage
  • Secure, safeguard and keeps confidential employee information as required by EA information security policy and all other company data privacy requirements.

 

Qualifications: 

  • Master’s/bachelor’s degree in business administration -any specialization, HR is preferred, Pass out of 2024
  • Fresher with 0–1-year internship experience in HR, HR Operations or Shared Services environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets.
  • Should be currently based out in Hyderabad

Other Skills: 

  • Experience in data input
  • Familiarity with HRIS and HCM software such as Workday etc
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to details of employee data and documentation.
