The Fan Growth organization is seeking a Live Performance Optimization Manager.


As the Live Performance Optimization Manager, you'll analyze performance data to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across our key metrics, queue management, routing, and staffing. You're a seasoned operations professional with a deep understanding of live processes, systems, tools, and workforce management. You have a proven ability to analyze data from the ground up, identify opportunities, and champion initiatives across teams. You make outcome-based recommendations to prioritize impactful work that drives improvement.


What an average day at EA looks like for the Live Performance Optimization Manager:

  • Conducting in-depth analysis to provide data-driven insights and making outcome-based recommendations that prioritize impactful work and drive operational improvement.

  • Analyzing and communicating the current versus potential state of operational performance, focusing on player experience, channel health, and financial metrics.

  • Identifying and addressing emerging trends early.

  • Collaborating with Product, Operations, Workforce Management, Learning & Development, and Process teams to deliver measurable performance improvements.

  • Monitoring and improving queue management and routing efficiency, staff utilization and demand management.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role or operations or relationship management
  • Strong understanding of operational performance, with experience in achieving key targets
  • Ability to work collaboratively, providing clarity and direction
