Partner with studio and live service teams to shape and deliver high-impact product capabilities while balancing reliability, developer velocity, and cost efficiency.
Lead a team of product managers for Operational Intelligence and Managed Infrastructure; set clear goals, build a high-performing team, and uplevel PM talent through coaching and strong operating rhythms.
Establish product operations standards for intake, prioritization, roadmapping, quarterly planning, and metrics.
Champion a data-informed, customer-focused culture that balances value, cost efficiency, and technical feasibility.
Stay current with FinOps, cloud optimization, and infrastructure best practices to bring fresh ideas into our strategy.
You bring:
10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex internal platforms or enterprise products with measurable adoption and outcomes.
Proven success in defining and delivering multi-year product strategies at enterprise scale.
Experience leading and developing product management teams and maturing product operating models (cadence, decision rights, metrics).
Strong knowledge of FinOps-adjacent domains (cost transparency, forecasting, optimization workflows, vendor lifecycle), cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure), and infrastructure fundamentals.
Ability to engage on financial topics such as cost models, forecasting, and ROI, and to partner effectively with Finance and Procurement.
Strong communication skills and influence with senior stakeholders across technical and business domains.
