Associate Development Manager


* Please note this is a 12 month temporary position. 

** This role requires on-site (hybrid) work 3x per week from our Burnaby studio. Relocation sponsorship is not provided for this position.

Focus: Delivery management, process optimization, and operational visibility

Role Purpose:

The Development Manager enables efficient, predictable, and transparent delivery of A&S content initiatives. This role owns delivery structure, process clarity, schedules, status visibility, and workflow improvement.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain delivery schedules for Advertising and Sponsorship initiatives, including milestones, dependencies, owners, and timelines.

  • Keep cross-functional teams aligned, accountable, and aware of progress, risks, blockers, and next steps.

  • Maintain up-to-date activation trackers and ensure information remains accurate across relevant systems.

  • Document production and partner workflows, including process steps, POCs, lead times, handoffs, and dependencies.

  • Provide stakeholder reporting on active A&S content, delivery status, risks, and upcoming priorities.

  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements that increase speed, clarity, and scalability.

  • Use automation (ex: Gemini Enterprise) to reduce manual work and improve information flow.

Key Skills:

Structured planning, time management, systems thinking, clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, workflow automations, agentic AI.

Typical Outputs:

Delivery schedules, activation trackers, status reports, process maps, workflow documentation, risk and dependency updates, and workflow automations.

Success Measures:

  • Increased speed and predictability of Advertising and Sponsorship delivery.

  • Improved process clarity, accountability, and stakeholder visibility.

  • Minimize activation error rate.

  • Reduced manual tracking, duplicated work, and operational friction


Pay Transparency - North America

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$86,600 - $118,600 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
 In Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
