Responsibilities

  • Communicate insights through reporting and conversation on player behaviour and preferences to identify impactful growth opportunities.

  • Promote a player-centric culture, collaborating with development teams to ensure that player insights contribute to and enhance player experience.

  • Support the Insights team through the entire product development cycle, from concept through post-launch live operations.

  • Partner with game teams and studio leadership to understand how product and insight strategies align with accomplishing franchise goals and strategies.

  • You will analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to create actionable insights.

  • Identify the best communication style to share comprehensive insights to stakeholders.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to inform our insights mindset and approaches.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental and cross-departmental processes to enhance overall team efficiency.

Qualifications

  • You bring 3 or more years of experience managing player feedback loops.

  • You are familiar and comfortable with translating developer & stakeholder needs into strategic plans.

  • You are proficient in the tools and techniques to drive actionable insights.

  • You communicate complex findings to different levels of expertise and understanding.
