Overview:

Our UGX Creator Platform team helps EA Studios launch and operate Creator Programs at scale through a unified Creator Portal and Admin experience. We focus on making it easier for studios to onboard and engage Creators, receive and review Creator content submissions, and enable user-generated content and experiences to be monetized in and around our games. As we expand to support new programs and UGX initiatives, we’re delivering standardized, configurable experiences that adapt to different studio strategies and program models—so teams can launch faster with predictable onboarding and operate efficiently without relying on one-off solutions.

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll help us expand the scalability of our Creator Portal and Admin experience to support new studio launches and strengthen the foundation for future programs. You’ll work closely with engineering and design teams within EA IT, Studio partners, and other Central Technology teams to deliver standardized solutions that increase scalability and enable future studios to onboard predictably with minimal one-off work.

What you'll do

  • Own key product areas end-to-end across the Creator Portal and Admin experience, from discovery through launch and ongoing improvements.
  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver reusable, configuration-driven capabilities that scale across studios and program models.
  • Work directly with studio partners to understand program goals and translate them into product requirements that fit a standardized platform.
  • Define clear product requirements and boundaries, including what’s standardized vs. configurable, and what falls into controlled customization tiers.
  • Partner with other Central Technology teams on shared services that power the UGX ecosystem (Content pipelines, Revenue Sharing, Moderation and Player Safety, Data & Insights)
  • Improve usability and consistency across Creator experiences by partnering with design on shared UX patterns, design system adoption, and studio theming within guardrails.
  • Lead cross-functional planning and execution, including roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, sprint goals, dependency management, QA/UAT coordination, and launch readiness.
  • Communicate decisions and progress clearly, aligning studios, partners, and leadership on tradeoffs, milestones, risks, and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of product-related experience in gaming, creator ecosystems, user-generated content (social & in-game), digital marketplaces, or consumer tech.
  • Experience shipping products in cross-functional teams—especially where the work spans multiple partners, workflows, or customer groups (e.g., studios, creators, operations).
  • Ability to lead through influence: aligning engineering, design, analytics, and stakeholders around clear priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong product judgment and systems thinking—comfortable balancing standardization with flexibility and building solutions that can scale beyond a single use case.
  • Data-informed decision making—able to define success measures, use analytics and user insights to guide iteration, and communicate impact clearly.
  • Clear, thoughtful communication—able to explain complex topics in a way that builds alignment across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Relevant domain exposure (helpful but not required): gaming, creator ecosystems, user-generated content, marketplaces, or consumer platforms.
