We are looking for a Playtest Analyst [Quality Designer] who is passionate about data and data visualisation. Our mission is building a better game through objective analysis, and you will be challenged with telling compelling stories to our development partners using quantitative and qualitative data from internal playtests. You will report to the Playtest Director in the Experiential Quality group of Battlefield Quality Verification.

Responsibilities

• You will partner with other data specialists to form the data strategy for the playtesting team.

• You will collaborate with designers & development partners to identify data points to track.

• You will analyse data using statistical modelling, predictive modelling, and other data analysis techniques.

• You will produce reports and dashboards that support assessments of quality.

• You will communicate results to designers, product managers, and others.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Experience with SQL, Python, and ML/AI.

• Experience with a variety of data visualisation tools.
