Senior Collaboration Engineer

Join us in supporting the global EA's collaboration environment, as part of the Employee & Studio Experience team. You will collaborate with operations and engineering teams across the company. Together, we will support the studios that create EA's top titles like FC, Apex, Battlefield and many others. Working onsite at our EA Austin Office and reporting to a Senior Operations Manager, you will:

  • Support the global EA collaboration environment (mainly Zoom based).
  • Be the escalation point for collaboration issues and directly involve in troubleshooting, diagnose, and resolving them.
  • Identify possibilities and work to improve the stability, reliability and security of EA's collaboration environment.
  • Provide mentorship to other team members.
  • Use scripting for tasks automation.
  • Collaborate with other EA teams, with partners and eqp. vendors, as needed.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation of EA collaboration network.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in collaboration areas, including videoconferencing, audio-visual solutions and cloud-based telephony solutions.
  • Experience supporting a 24x7 high availability production environment, for a large organization.
  • Work experience with Zoom – manage users / devices / features in Zoom portal, manage Zoom environment security, create reports based on the Zoom dashboard and reporting tools, and on the information collected through the Zoom APIs.
  • Very good understanding of collaboration protocols – SIP, (S)RTP, WebRTC, TCP, UDP, TLS, BFCP, XMPP, FECC, etc.
  • Experience to configure and monitor the enterprise conference systems (Neat, Poly, Logi, Cisco, etc.).
  • Experience with Oracle SBC and Oracle EOM systems.
  • Experience with scripting languages (especially Python and PowerShell).

  • Knowledge about virtual computing.
  • Knowledge about PKI / certificates;
  • Knowledge about MS Power BI.
  • Knowledge about MS SQL databases.
