The Data Collection & Licensing group of EA Sports FC Live is looking for a Development Manager with Project Management expertise and passion for football. Our mission is to make our games as authentic as possible, and that's why we want YOU. Our Project Manager ensures the delivery of project scope on time and within budget. As the next DM of EA Sports FC, you will report to the Development Director of Data Management in DCL. This is a Hybrid position with 3 days per week located in EA Cologne, Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • You will manage the operational aspects of the team, including project reporting, risk management, capacity planning, and efficiency processes.

  • You will balance priorities, and find creative solutions to achieve results.

  • You will identify task-related processes to improve efficiency.

  • You will develop project and team KPI's that track team performance.

  • You will establish regular communication with the team and partners to provide project status updates.

  • You will help cultivate a strong team culture through social initiatives, events, and engagement activities, while also supporting internal communications and essential operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Project Management or Project Lead Experience with production lifecycles, processes and project planning.

  • Experience of a Scrum / Agile software development environment and a proficient user of Jaas/Jira and Excel/Sheets.

  • Used to work in environment that values collaboration and with remote teams.

  • Good knowledge of EA SPORTS football titles and football knowledge advantageous.
